Description
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, with experience using reservation and booking systems preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
